.75 oz egg white
.5 oz honey syrup
Half bar spoon sea lettuce powder
Dry shake / wet shake / double strain 
Garnish sea lettuce powder on the top

Sake Seaweed Mojito 

½ oz simple
4 oz Sake 
¾ oz Yuzu juice
Shake and double strain
Soda top
Garnish with @oregonseaweed Pacific Dulse
