Sea All The Snacks
The Sea All The Snacks market, which supported the Oregon Kelp Alliance, was hosted at The Mahonian. Guests were able to browse and purchase a diverse range of regenerative aquaculture products and explore their various uses. Some of the delicious offerings included Dulse bucatini by The Salmonberry, Sauvie Shrubs' Dulse-infused shrubs, Marshall's Hot Sauce with Kelp, and Sea Lettuce Bitters from the Portland Bitters Project, which provided a tasty umami boost to cocktails. Additional deliciousness was offered by The Mahonian, including Oregon Albacore Tuna Crudo and Ceviche, plus Oysters on the Half Shell from Blue Siren Shellfish.
