Chef Kyle Christy of Street Disco has invited Chef Jeff Kim of Aji Fish Butchery to collaborate on a special Winter Waters pop up at his SE Portland restaurant.
Chef Jeff Kim will be bringing in some of his amazing dry aged seafood products. Chef Kyle Christy of Street Disco and he will be collaborating on a food menu taking these products and approaching them through a more coastal Spain/France/Italy lense. Much will be served raw, some will touch the yakitori. Street Disco will run some of its normal menu as well, there will still be non seafood items available. This is an a la carte event.
